On 23 November, the HSE Institute of Media held its Bachelor’s Open Day. The event filled the hall with prospective applicants and their parents, who came to learn more about the Institute’s undergraduate programmes. From early morning, the Pokrovsky Boulevard campus had a special buzz: prize draws for branded merch, a mobile TV studio, lively conversations and high-school students with eyes full of excitement.

The «Media Communication» program at the Institute of Media is led by a unique dual leadership: Academic Head Irina Petrovna Kumanova and Creative Head Yulia Sergeevna Apollonova. In the interview, we discuss the secrets of their harmonious partnership, the distinctive features of the program, and why the Institute of Media is the premier choice for aspiring media professionals.

Artem Protasov, a graduate of the Media Communications program, has been recognized for his innovative use of artificial intelligence in his graduation thesis, securing second place in HSE's specialized AI solutions competition.

On November 24th, the HSE Cultural Center held the second Master's Programmes Open Day of the Media Institute this academic year. Potential applicants were introduced to the various programmes and their unique features. Participants also learned about the application and study processes and watched videos showing current students' experiences.

On March 11, students enrolled in the Media Management educational program had the opportunity to meet with representatives from Yandex Advertising: Yulia Kudryashova, an event producer, and Yulia Kordinova, the marketing director. The session was overseen by Tatyana Magera, the academic head of the Media Management program.
