INCOMMHSE Watermelon Party

On the last day of September, the School of Integrated Communications held a party in honour of its students. For two and a half hours, HSE’s Media Yard became the place to be for INCOMMHSE Watermelon Party.

Across form the CMD letters, organizers set up a refreshments stand offering freshly cut watermelon and lemonade to all the partygoers. Guests relaxed on beanbag chairs, took photos with festive signs, danced, and took swipes at a watermelon piñata.

INCOMMHSE arranged the Watermelon Party for us as if they felt that the warm weather would soon be over. We were both surprised and excited. We all love watermelon. Who doesn’t? Watermelon is associated with summer – the season we love best of all. This event managed to cheer us up by letting us enjoy ‘a last piece of summer’ at one of our favorite places, I mean our beloved Media Yard. I would like to thank HSE once again for making its students happy, as always.

For me, the Watermelon Party was a special event. Thanks to the school, I was able to spend the last warm day of the autumn at my favorite university with the people I love. I should mention the fun activities that INCOMMHSE prepared for us, such as the watermelon piñata. However little they are, they can get you in the festive mood. I saw some of my former university mates I hadn’t seen for ages because our schedules are different, and I enjoyed myself immensely. Thank you, HSE!
