Gleb Gorshenin, student of the School of Communication of the HSE Faculty of Creative Industries, was named Student of the Year. The ‘Notes of a Communicat’ adaptation guide for first-year students of the School of Communication was recognised as the best youth advertising project. And the opening of the HSE Online campus received an award for the best project for a young target audience.
At the end of June, HSE University hosted Reklamathon, an inter-university hackathon in which participants must develop a prototype product for forecasting the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on social media. The event was organised by HSE University’s Data-Driven Communication master’s programme, which trains communications industry specialists. The hackathon’s assignments and judges were arranged by MTS, Russia’s largest digital ecosystem.
Advertising and PR students took three prizes in the "PR-Battle 2020" competition from AKMR (Association of Communications and Corporate Media Directors of Russia). More than 20 teams from leading Russian universities and existing PR agencies took part in the competition.
